Alan B. McFall is the senior shareholder and president of McFall, Layman & Jordan, P.C. He practices in the areas of wills and estate administration; commercial and residential real estate involving acquisition, development, financing, and structuring of diverse types of business and residential real estate transactions, including planning, subdivision and zoning matters; formation of corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships; liquor licensing and license transfers; and civil litigation matters. Alan also represents municipal authorities and school districts as solicitor and special counsel.

Mr. McFall, a Penn State graduate, holds a Master's in Business Administration degree from Indiana University and a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University. He is a past president of the Northampton County Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, The Third Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.

His community involvement includes serving as a Trustee and Past Chairman of Phoebe Ministries, a non-profit multi-facility organization specializing in healthcare, housing and support services for seniors. Alan also serves as a Trustee of the Northampton County Historical and Genealogical Society.

David J. Jordan, Jr. was born in Allentown Pennsylvania and attended Central Catholic High Scholl. After Graduation From Villanova Law School he became associated with the Allentown law firm of Thomas and Hair eventually becoming a partner in the firm of Hair & Jordan.

In 1990 Attorney Jordan assumed the position of General Counsel and Senior Executive Officer for First Lehigh Bank. His responsibilities at the bank included collections, litigation, regulatory oversight, loan approval and corporate governance.

In 1994 he became associated with McFall, Layman & Jordan rising to the position of partner in 1997.

He is Solicitor and Director of the Merchants Bank of Bangor and currently serves as Solicitor to Tatamy Borough.

Dave is the proud father of three children and resides in the Nazareth Area with his wife, Kim.

Peter C Layman is a shareholder and vice president of the law firm. His major areas of practice are Social Security Administration, unemployment law, administrative law, real estate development, zoning and estate planning. Peter also represents or has represented area boroughs, townships and authorities.

Mr. Layman holds a degree in Honors from Villanova University and graduated from the university of Pennsylvania law school. He is a member of the Northampton and American Bar Association and is licensed to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and other and all the Common Pleas courts of Pennsylvania as well as the federal courts in the Third Circuit
